Tips To Find A Myspace Email Address

In my line of work I write a lot about how to find a person free. Recently I go an email from a desperate visitor to my site. He wanted to know if there was way to get someone’s Myspace email by using their name. Then a couple of days later I go another one. When I saw another person ask a similar question on one of the forums I actively participate in I knew I had to do something.

Below I provide a quick answer to on the question of getting someone’s Myspace email address. It’s nothing complicated but I am sure it will of benefit to you. Of course there are other ways to find a friend for 100% free.Only that for now my focus is on using Myspace.

For starters it is important to understand how Myspace works. This way you will be able to understand the requirement or steps needed to access people’s profile. So if you do not have an account there you need to open it now. This is the very first of basic step to access any person’s email on the site.

Once you have the page then you can start to search through a list of people who are also members. This by itself does not give you access to the details you are looking for.

What you can do is simply write the person a personal message on the site. If the person is an active member chances of him or reading your message and responding are high – especially if you know each other. However, if the person is no longer active then you might have a problem with this approach. In this case you would probably need to find another alternative. If you are on a tight budget you can use an absolutely free email finder, which you can Google up online.

What you can try in this case is to send a message requesting to be approved as a friend or simply post a comment. If the person has notifications turned on then your comment or message will be sent to his or her email address like Yahoomail, Gmail or whatever email used to register the Myspace account.

How to Get More Website Traffic

Traffic is essential to any website and no traffic means no sales. But how do you get more web traffic to your site? Well, the simple is that there is no single answer. You need to employ a multi-pronged strategy in order to get more traffic to your website. There are some strategies that you can use to increase your web traffic using these simple yet effective techniques.

The first technique is to actually pay for advertising for your website. This can be carried out using services like those provided by Google, Yahoo and MSN where you pay to have your website featured in their sponsored links section when a user searches for a key key phrase. This will get traffic to your website almost immediately. It is important to refine each ad campaign to see if you can maximize the return on investment.

The second technique is to write articles and content. Have content on your site that is relevant to the products and services you are providing. Ensure that you use website analytics to see what search terms people are using and then write about those topics. If you have the time or expertise then you could write these articles yourself. Alternatively, you could hire a freelance author to do it for you. This is by far one of the most effective techniques of getting more web traffic to your site. You should also make sure that you publish some articles to syndication sites that will allow other website owners to benefit from your experience and knowledge.

The third recommend technique is to submit your website to the top search engines. These include Google, Yahoo and MSN. This will get increased traffic by users searching for content that you have developed using the above methods.

The fourth technique is to team up with somebody else on the web that is selling similar complimentary products. Exchange links with these partners in order to improve your rankings on the search engines.

The fifth technique is to find forums that are relevant to your products or services and participate in the threads. Avoid overselling your products or services as you will most likely be banned. Rather, only answer the questions that people ask to make yourself the true expert in the field so that people will visit your website.

Another technique is to buy web traffic in bulk. There are various websites where you can buy web traffic in high volumes and at relatively low cost. This can be a very cost effective method of getting exposure for your site within a small budget.

These techniques are low cost methods to get people to visit your website. While not the only methods out there for driving traffic to your website these are some of the most effective techniques that will help to get your website noticed.

Can You Really Get Pay Per Click Ads On Google For Nothing?

A properly managed PPC advertising campaign can still be the most effective online advertising method for a company. It IS still possible to achieve a great ROI for a particular product or service, and will continue to drive the most traffic, clicks, and sales for online advertising for years to come. Although keywords are crucial in PPC advertising, you must make sure you choose the most appropriate keyword, you must know the value of that keyword, and if you can ‘turn’ it to a profit.

There is a new technique that allows you to get your Google AdWords pay-per-clicks at no cost. An “oversight” on the part of PPC providers has be explioted by savvy marketers for the past couple of year. Otherwise paid-for advertising at Google as well as all other search engines is being aquired by some at no net cost!

Nothing about his method is illegal – nor does it require that you know someone on the “inside” at Google, Yahoo, MSN, Overture and others. This technique has become so powerful, it’s now possible to monopolize any niche online, and can always secure the top premium spots just above the usual organic results featured at most search engines.

Who’s the the cutest baby in the world?

Now, before you start thinking that I’m full of myself, let me explain what this is really all about.

In a blog post I made, I talked about the need for your site to actually be related to the links that point to it. One example I gave was the cutest baby on the planet search phrase, versus the miserable failure search phrase.

In the past, searching for “miserable failure” brought up a completely unrelated web page. Due to Google’s new algorithm that does away with the “Google bomb” or “link bomb” effect, that is no longer the case.

My post discussed why this doesn’t work anymore.

In one of the comments on that post, Alex Newell suggested that I setup a site and try to get it to rank for the phrase “the cutest baby in the world”, using the site to test various linking strategies and methods, etc.

Thus my cutest baby on the planet site was born.

What I am attempting to prove is that by following the directions Google gives in its Webmaster Guidelines, you can rank a site for a keyword phrase using 100% “white hat” methods.

In the pages of the site you will see outlined the methods I am using, and the progress I am making in implementing each of the steps from Google’s guidelines.

As of right now, the site is ranked #1 in Google for “the cutest baby in the world”, but I also want to be ranked #1 for “the cutest baby in the world”, so I’m still working on it.

Niche Ideas Galore – The Google Wonder Wheel

Have you ever had trouble brainstorming niche ideas for your next website? Do you regularly suffer from analysis paralysis when sifting through long keyword lists? It’s about time you made things easier on yourself. Go graphical with your niche research and check out the Google wonder wheel

Niche marketing has really come of age in the last couple of years. Plenty of people have been making good money in niche marketing for some time and those people, being the early birds, made more money than most catching those worms. But don’t sweat it, there’s still plenty of room for everybody to get into the niche marketing game. The number of niches waiting to be tapped is endless.

One of the biggest problems many niche marketers face is actually coming up with ideas for new niches. It’s a bit like the writers block syndrome. Some days you just seem to have no inspiration whatsoever. Maybe you are suffering from analysis paralysis or maybe it’s the fact that you had one too many beers last night! Whatever it is Google is coming to your rescue.

Recently announced over at Google is this fantastic new tool which they are calling the Google wonder wheel. It’s a graphical representation of the relationship between key phrases associated with your initial query. It gives you a great insight into Google’s relational databases and you can see at a glance how Google thinks key phrases relate to each other. Can you say “create Seo friendly content easily”?

You simply tap in your top-level key phrase and the Google wonder wheel returns a graphical “wheel” of related terms. You can then drill down into these related terms as many levels as you like. The graphical nature of this interface makes it very easy to identify sub niches and subcategories inside your main niche. Drilling down through as few as three levels you will almost always find fantastic ideas for sub niches.

This stuff is just waiting to be monetised and I found it much easier navigating through the wonder wheel then painstakingly picking through CSV files downloaded from Google’s external keyword tool. I highly recommend you give it a try. I’m sure it will make your niche research efforts go much more smoothly.

Learn The Identity Of That Unknown Caller With A Reverse Lookup

Many of us take for granted that we could get almost any search tools for free on the internet. The same speaks for reverse phone lookups. Reverse phone lookups are used to trace phone number by simply using a phone number, back tracking to find the owner details. This is a service which spans across many purposes, be it catching cheating spouses, hunting down mysterious prank callers, running background checks on your new babysitter or new hire, or simply tracking down old friends using their old phone numbers.

Regardless of why you need to trace phone numbers for details, the reverse phone lookup is a far superior search tools than the usual search approaches. This is especially so when it comes to searching for detailed personal information based on a phone number. Let us compare the two main search approaches to understand why.

The first approach is to search free resources for cell phone listings. The search platforms to use are either one of the big 3 search engines namely Google, Yahoo or MSN. Enter the phone number into the search box, make sure the area code is in order, hyphenate the numbers appropriately and try both versions of with and without quotes. You can also narrow the search by including a country or state. This process should provide you with a good list of information to start with but you will need to sieve through them one by one to ensure that you find the relevant information matching the phone number on hand. In addition, you could also tap on social networking sites such as Facebook, Myspace, LinkedIn and other large social sites for information as well. These sites might provide some added personal details from resumes and CV. The biggest issue with the above free resources is that you need to put the pieces of the puzzle together, and that could take a lot of time and effort.

The second approach is to use a reverse cell number lookup web site. Simply enter the phone number into the search box and the system will match it with its database. The initial summary report will reflect basic information such as phone type i.e. land line or cell, location by state, and location map. Click on the link prompt to proceed with full report. There is a small fee charged for admin purposes, of which you can either opt for single search or unlimited search. If you have more than two numbers to search, opting for the unlimited option allows you to run multiple searches any time at your convenience, at a cost of less than a good meal.

In weighing the both approaches, it is obvious that the internet cell phone reverse phone number lookup is a clear winner when it comes to time savings, accuracy, and efficiency. Of course, you are accorded the highest level of confidentiality and most authentic reverse cell phone lookups provide money back guarantee as well.

Helpful Web Page Hosting Providers With Comparisons

We have been building and hosting web pages online for 4 years now and I felt a need for a comprehensive web hosting review. We thus collected some reviews by actual users from forums and blogs and publish them here for you to compare and review.

Website hosting is at an all time high. This is because of the record number of websites being launched every day from almost every continent on the globe. The proliferation of a great number of websites has been attributed to the emergence of what we call WYSIWYG software that can create and deploy sophisticated websites quickly regardless of the user’s programming expertise.

Startlogic Review offered the web hosting solutions I needed, and most importantly, helped me build the actual website. I can rebuild a truck in the dark with a butter knife and a monkey wrench, but when it comes to using the keyboard and mouse to design a site, I’m all thumbs. The plan I went with was the ProLogic, aimed at medium-sized businesses. This gave me unlimited storage, unlimited free domains, choice of shopping carts, unlimited transfer, a Google webmaster tools kit, and more.

Lunar Pages Hosting Review is the hosting site I ended up going with. Their slogan is “Solutions reside here,” and as far as I’ve found, they pretty much have websites covered. The first thing I liked about LunarPages was their plethora of options for those wanting a website. They have a Personal option, Small Business, Microsoft Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Resell Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Email and Domain Hosting. I wanted the first option, personal, and the price on that was great: $4.95/month… READ MORE

Hostgator Hosting Review has good support, a 30-day money-back guarantee, unlimited disk space and data transfer, the ability to host unlimited domains, and they even threw in $75 worth of Google and Yahoo ads, which ended up being a second income on the same site. PowWeb’s hosting took my business into the 21st century in a matter of days.

Website hosting means signing up for a service which provides web accessibility via Internet-connected webspace. There are many hosting companies and their charges vary depending on disk space and features. A typical hosting package will include about 10 GB of space, 10 email accounts and a control panel where you can manage your hosting features.

Take Off The Google Goggles!

So many marketers out there rely on good old Google for their income. And I don’t just mean rely… they’re practically slaves to the Californian search engine company. They do everything they can to get high rankings in Google or to comply with their Adwords. But what they don’t realise is… there’s a whole world of other traffic sources out there, once you really understand this, you’ll wonder why you even spent so much time with Lord Google in the first place.

For starters Twitter is one of the most visited sites on the net and with their newly introduced search engine function they are very likely to give Google a run for their money. After all people spend more time Twittering than they do idling around on the Google front page. Of course some of this will be tempered by Google Chrome which lets you search right in the address bar.

Nevertheless as outlined in the Affiliate Funnel System just recently, you can also get hordes of traffic from media buying – where you get banners placed on high traffic websites. You can get swarms of visitors from Social Media sites, from MSN and Yahoo too. Don’t discount the smaller search engines, they have a ton of cheaper traffic which you can take advantage of.

For anyone wondering how to make money online you need traffic and you need to convert that traffic. Conversion is a subject for another day but if you want traffic, the rise of super sites like Twitter makes it easy…

The Process of Website Development

Introduction

The term ‘Web Design’ creates a lot of confusion and misunderstanding. The word design suggests graphics and layout so many people think that’s what designing a website is all about. Most people think that website design is very simple, all you need to do is install the company logo, add the relevant wording, decide on the arrangement of the pages and that’s it.

Well I am about to shock you by outlining the many complicated processes involved in web design. Think of it this way; when an architect designs a house all we see is the way he lays out the rooms, how the available space is arranged. We normally do not concern ourselves with the amount of technical detail that goes into the design. The architect has to work out the stresses on the walls and the weight of the roof. If there are fireplaces he has to know about draughts and the shape of chimney for it to do the job. He has to plan heating systems, plumbing systems, drainage and sewage, what type of windows to use, door fittings and many other details so that when it’s finally complete the overall effect is pleasing and suitable for the purpose intended. Web design is similar. A customer may have an idea of the layout of the website but will need the services of the Web Designer to make it all happen.

Stages in the Process

There are many items to be decided on before even starting to build a website. Some of the important questions to consider are:

  • Who will be the target audience?
  • What is to be the purpose of the website?
  • Do you want it to be found by the search engines?
  • What is the domain name for the site?
  • What links need to be in place?
  • What type of graphics do you want to use?
  • Do you want to include photographs?
  • Do you want a system of monitoring visitors to the website?
  • Once the webmaster has the answers to these questions then she can start the process of designing the site to give you what you want.

    Target Audience

What sort of people are going to visit the new website? Are your customers likely to be businesses, sales people, home owners, parents, teenagers or children and so on?

    Objectives of the Website

Is the website to be used to sell products on line, or to market your business to get leads for new customers? Maybe you wanted it to be an online brochure to showcase your services. Balloons for trade have a website for resellers only so that they can look up the products before placing an order. Because there is no selling on line there are no contact details on the site. You may want to use the website to foster a community to be in contact with other likeminded people. You would need a design that incorporates a chat rooms and online discussions.

    Being found on the Web

One of the first things to consider in website development is how you want your website to be found on the internet. This involves a whole process of establishing keywords for your products or services. The first step is a search of key words in the industry. Finding the best keywords is vital if you want to be in the top ten listed in Google. By using a keyword research tool you can find the single most popular keyword; the one everyone puts in. For example people looking for a vacuum cleaner might type in Hoover although this is in fact a brand name.

    Domain Names

Domain names can be the hardest part of setting up your website, because nearly every name you come up with will most certainly have been taken already. By far the most popular are domain names ending in .com as they are internationally recognised. For that reason alone the majority of shorter names will already have been registered.
Choosing names with endings such as .net; .co.uk .org .info may provide you with the domain name of your preference. When choosing your domain name it is a good idea to include one or more of your keywords. Although the name of your business may be the obvious choice for a Domain Name, it is not necessarily the only option.

So as you can see choosing domain names and keywords right at the beginning of the process will determine how the site is constructed so that it is suitable for the purpose required.

A brand new domain name space has just been created.

Companies can now apply for their name in this brand new .tel name space and it is intended to replace the telephone directory. When the domain name is viewed in your web browser it will provide the companies details and telephone number.

    Creating a Site Map

It is very important to have a site map to outline the pages on your website, e-commerce website or forum space. It shows the design and flow through the website so that when selling on line, items work in order such as; adding product to basket, entering delivery and billing address and on to making credit card payment. The site map helps to identify how user friendly the website is so that there are no difficulties in getting onto the site. Often the user name and password are set for the customer so there is no hindrance to achieving the initial sale.

Non e-commerce sites are easier because it is possible to receive enquiries by email, without publishing the email address on the website. By using a contact form you will avoid spam and also validate the information before you receive it. The aim is to create a balance between discouraging junk mail, and making it easy for the enquirer to use the site.

    Links

An important consideration when designing a website are links. These can be links to other pages of content within your website, and links within the content of your website in the text, as well as links from the menu. Consideration has to be given to whether the links will open in a new window so you still have your original page open or will the new window replace the previous one.

    The Copy

The copy is the words and visuals you want on your website. Having made decisions about the target market and relevant links, along with the keywords and using the site map information, the next step is to decide what imagery you want displayed. A picture speaks a thousand words and remains in people’s memory far longer than just words. So images are important to reach your audience. Each image needs a caption which is the ‘most read’ words on the page after the title. The caption of an image need to be clickable so that when you click on a picture it takes you to the next stage of the sales process.

    Design

The final design of the website is often the most difficult stage of the process because it’s subjective. In a large corporation, many people from various departments will have an input for their division. Everyone has their own ideas of what they think the site should look like and trying to gain a consensus can be a nightmare because nobody will ever agree.

If you are setting up an ecommerce web design project for just yourself then you will probably have some idea of what you want to see on the site. But even then unless your ideas are workable in the medium, you may have difficulty getting something you like. Firstly to achieve a great design it is recommended you review other websites and find out what you like or dislike about them. Look at competitor’s websites to make sure your design will be an improvement on what is already in the market place.

Once you have done that you will need to create a design brief. The design brief should have a reference to the logo and any existing brand guidelines, colour schemes and fonts adding in any other relevant information.

Having done a design brief look for a suitable graphic designer. Choose your designer carefully, finding one who designs specifically for screen and the web to achieve the very best results. Beware of choosing a graphic designer who designs for different discipline such as print as they are very different processes. Look at other works the designer has done and decide whether or not you like their style.

Using several graphic designers is the best option if you are working in the big time and budget allows. Give each designer the same brief and request three concept designs from each one. The client might also do a design, even if it’s a scribble on the back of an envelope, there will then be ten concept designs. Get everyone together and choose the preferred elements from each design. Once the items you want are selected choose one graphic designer to do the final artwork.

All parties need to agree on the final artwork before construction of the site begins. Consideration should be give to the fonts used for the titles and buttons etc. Fonts have to be licensed so if the designer has not supplied something then the developer will need a copy of the fonts to achieve the task. Professional graphic designers will usually provide the artworks in a layered Photoshop file so if titles are not going to be in plain text get the designer to also supply the fonts.

    Production

At last all the preparation has been done and the site is ready to go into production. This is where it gets technical! You may not want to go into the detail in which case leave it to your Web Master to choose for you. There have to be decisions about what language to use, either Unix or Windows based, to build the website. Each have advantages and disadvantages with multiple variants but sites such as Ebay, Facebook, Google as well as other well known websites are built on Unix. Your website has to be built with the development language of your web host provider so that they are compatible.

    Accessiblity and Compliance

These are current standards for website development to insure that disabled users, such as the visually impaired, can still access all sections of the website.

    Development

Development of the website is best done on the web server where the site will reside. Those involved in reviewing the work can then monitor work in progress and provide feedback throughout the development.

    Unforeseen Items

As the site building progresses the customer suddenly thinks of something they must have. No matter how well the web master prepares and asks the client the right questions, there are always some last minute adjustments to the programme. The main aim is to minimise last minute additions because they aren’t calculated in and will generate extra costs and cause delays to the date of the website going live.

    Going live

At last your site is up and running and you see the results of all the planning that has gone into the whole process. There is no substitute for real world testing so as soon as the site is live ask your friends and colleagues to view the website from their own computers and give feedback.

    Marketing

Once the site is up and running it’s time to turn your attention to marketing your products by submitting the site to the search engines, writing articles, and press releases and generating links from forums, blogs and other social networking spaces.

    Reporting and Monitoring

The value of monitoring and reporting on your web design project regularly is not to be overlooked. Use a reliable statistics package such as Google Analytics or Web-Stat.com to collect and review website visitor data. All you will need is a small block of code inserted into each web page on your site to collect visitor information to help you assess the success of your products in near real time. Web-stat.com also monitors the website and alerts you by email and text message if the site goes down.

    Conclusion

The title ‘Web Design’ is a bit misleading in that people often assume it means the graphic design on the home page and the branding of the product. Unless you are a computer expert, most people do not realise the amount of work that goes into designing and building of a website. Clients are not aware of the amount of complex technical work necessary to build the systems that support what they want the website to do. In such a complex process anything that gets tacked on at the end will end up incurring more cost to your budget.

The depth of initial questioning is an indicator of how competent your Web Master will be. Every aspect of the construction has to be decided upon before you even start the design. These things may sound very technical to us non techies but it is essential for the Web Master to find out exactly what is required so that everything can be costed accurately and built into the design from the beginning.

Discover The Best Cheap Domain Hosting

Finding cheap domain hosting is easy, but finding the best hosting for your particular needs can be a little more difficult. You see, with the wide variety of cheap domain hosts out there, it can actually be pretty hard to figure out what meets your need best. Some people think that the most important thing is to save money. To that end, they find a domain that fits their minimum bandwidth requirements at the lowest rate.

This approach, however, can backfire. As your business continues to expand, your cheap domain hosting might be outpaced by the rate of growth. When you suddenly find yourself not having the bandwidth to handle all of your clients, you will wish that you had spent a few more dollars on your cheap domain hosting. After all, the goal is not to keep up with the demands of Internet traffic, but to stay ahead of them.

Of course, it depends a lot on the kind of business you are running. If your web needs are minimal and restricted to a handful of web pages, it makes a lot of sense for you to go all out and get the best cheap domain hosting you can. If, on the other hand, you are running thousands, or even tens of thousands of web pages, a couple bucks extra here and a couple bucks extra there can quickly add up to a lot of money!

In reality, the most important thing with cheap domain hosting is to stay informed about your own business. Always keep track of your Web traffic and pay attention to when it increases or decreases. A lot of cheap domain hosts have plans that are adaptable for people with flexible needs. On these hosts, it is easy to upgrade or download downgrade your account as you develop more or less traffic. Sometimes, the flexibility costs a little bit more money, but in the long run it is always worth it.

Then again, one thing people seldom consider until it is too late is the quality of service provided. Having generous bandwidth matters little if your host is down half the time! The problem is that it can be difficult to research the reputations of different inexpensive domain hosting companies. Usually, there is no central site where people compare their domain name host experiences, so you may have to spend quite a bit of time on Google to find out.

Did you ever try to find a lost friend on the Internet?

Have you ever tried to find a lost friend on the Internet? I have it is not as easy as you might think. I had a good friend in junior high and I have fond memories of hanging out having fun with him. We would hang out listen to music talk just have a great time.

The other day I was thinking about my long-lost friend and I decided to try to find them on the Internet. It seems everyone nowadays uses the Internet so I figured it shouldn’t be difficult to locate him. I pulled up Google typed his name and get pages on pages of results. I checked out page after page but didn’t find any mention of my friend just a lot of people with similar names.

I decided try to narrow my search a bit by including the town and state where we grew up. Unfortunately they were still too many pages to look through for it to be practical to find my lost friend. I decided Google just gave to many results so I would try using a less popular search engine like MSN.

I typed in my friends name and the city and state where we grew up and sure enough I did get a lot fewer results. Instead of hundreds of pages there are only eight. I started looking through those pages of results and I found a couple which I thought would surely lead me to find my lost friend. However, after an hour of searching I still came up empty.

Then I decided to try Yahoo. Since Yahoo search has been around longer than Google or MSN I thought I might have better luck there. Again I entered my friends name the city and state and this time I got about 30 pages of results. I started the arduous task of looking through each and every page and clicking on link after link. Now I was getting frustrated I spent all this time and still cannot find my lost friend.

I pretty much gave up on finding my friend until a couple months later when I discovered reunion.com. I decided to give the site a try and I was amazed at how quickly I was able to turn up results for my lost friend. The service was not free but considering the amount of time I have wasted trying to search in the regular search engines it was definitely worth the small price.

I was able to find a phone number for my friend and I gave them a call. He was very happy to hear from me. In fact, he had been searching for me also. We have a long phone conversation and it turns out that he lived close enough that we could meet for lunch. Although it was more difficult to locate my lost friend than I had imagined it was great to find him and I’m glad I put in the effort.
