If so, what kind of visa did you use to travel with, where and how long did you stay? When was the last time you saw your fiance and where?
These are just a few of the sample questions that may be asked on the K1 Visa Interview. In some cases, you might not be asked these questions at all, or other questions may be asked besides these. This list is just to give you a general idea of what to expect of the K1 Visa interview. The interview officer will also decide what kind of visa will best meet your needs. If accepted, the K1 Visa is valid for up to four months from the date of it’s approval. Moreover, at the end of the four months, the visa will need to be re-validated by the officer in order to ensure that you and your fiance are both legally still able to marry.
Although these application procedures might seem annoying to some, if you file all of the appropriate paperwork, follow the rules, remain truthful, and follow the instructions, things should work out fine and you will be able to obtain the exact K1 Fiance Visa that you will need.
