* Create good eating habits through repetition. (It’s said that if we repeat a thing 21 times it becomes a habit. Sometimes the number is different, but the idea is the same. Will power is only needed to repeat something enough times for it to become a habit.)

* Eat at a leisurely pace. The body doesn’t feel full as fast as you can eat, so people tend to eat beyond full.
