Looking good after the prime of your youth is one of the most difficult things to achieve. First, you have to avid scrubbing your face strenuously, and when cleansing, make sure to do this in a downward scrubbing motion. When drinking, drink from the glass instead of using a straw. Leaning your face or chin on the hand is also not advised. And last, avoid squinting as much as possible, as this is responsible for a lot of lines around your eyes.
It is never too late to start something healthy, like facial exercises. Given, if you have started late, more time would be required as compared to starting the program early. It is assured though, that the end of your course, healthy glowing skin is just waiting to be revealed.
